North Andover, MA 01845 Petition #004-94
The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening,
January 11, 1994 which was put under advisement and continued to
February 8, 1994 when the hearing was re-opened and continued to
March 8, 1994 upon the application of Alan J. Forbes requesting a
variation of Section 7, Paragraph 7. 1 and Table 2 of the Zoning
Bylaw so as to permit relief of the area requirement in order to
build a single family home on the premises located at 23 Fox Hill
Road. The following members were present and voting: Frank
Serio, Jr. , Chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Raymond Vivenzio,
Robert Ford and John Pall*one.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on
December 22, 1993 and January 4, 1994 and on February 23 and
March 2 , 1994 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
On February 9, 1994 , upon a motion by Mr. Ford and second by Mr.
Soule the Board voted unanimously to re-open the public hearing.
Then upon a motion by Mr. Ford and second by Mr. Soule the Board
voted unanimously to continue the hearing to March 8, 1994 .
On March 8, 1994 , upon a motion by Mr. Vivenzio and second by Mr.
Ford, the Board voted unanimously to ALLOW THE PETITIONER TO
WITHDRAW WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
