AND THE ASS'T BUILDING INSPECTOR REGARDING CONDITIONS EXISTING
AT SUBJECT ADDRESS THAT ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE MASS. STATE
BUILDING CODE; ILLEGAL BASEMENT APARTMENT.
PLEASE CONTACT THE WRITER IMMEDIATELY IN ORDER THAT WE MAY
SCHEDULE A SITE VISIT TO ASSESS THE ALLEGED VIOLATIONS AND
