Date of Visit:November 2nd,2005
Present on Site:Superintendent,Door,Metal Stud,Mechanical&Electrical
Contractors.
QWork in Progress: The stud work contractor was securing studs in various areas of
the building, Door contractor was placing welded metal frames prior to dry wall
installation,HVAC ducts when being installed. Various electrical and plumbing
work was being completed.
Problems Encounter.None
General Comments; The work completed looks good and appears to be in
conformance with the original working drawings.
