In accordance with structural construction documents, all erected shear walls had OSB installed on one side with blocking at horizontal panel edges. Nails were generally spaced at 4"o.c. at intermediate supports and edges. Gypsum wallboard remains to be installed. 4. Hurricane anchors from roof truss(T02)to truss(T01) and from roof truss(T01)to exterior walls remain to be installed. 5. Roof jack trusses (J02 through J06) are temporarily connected to the main roof jack truss girders(JO1). Hangers remain to be installed. 6. PSL beam ends(4x)at gridline 6 remain to be supported permanently. 7. Several PHD holdowns and boundary members (2-2x6's nailed together) remain to be installed at shear wall locations as per the shear wall schedule in S3.10 Recommendation/Action Items Architect: Consultant: 1. LeMessurier will visit the site for inspection of bearing and shear wall construction prior to the installation of wall finishes and insulation. 2. LeMessurier will visit the site for final inspection of gypsum wallboard installation and nail spacing. Contractor: 1. Tocci will contact LeMessurier prior to the installation of wall insulation and finishes for the inspection of wall construction. 2.
