North Andover, MA 01845 * DECISION The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, August 11, 1992 upon the application of Borden ' Inc. requesting a Special Permit under Section 8, Paragraph 8 . 6 of the Zoning Bylaws so as to permit less than the required amount of parking 4 spaces for off street parking. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr. , Chairman, William Sullivan, Vice-chairman, Raymond Vivenzio, Louis Rissin, John Pallone and Robert Ford.
