About 3 months ago,your office made a visit to the entrance and then sent a letter to Crowninshield Management of Peabody,MA to restore the front to its original condition. In its original state,the front stoop met the sidewalk and there was no step. They have not removed the step. My husband is losing his vision and unless the step is removed and the front stoop meets the sidewalk again he his going to fall. He has not been able to use the front entrance. If you would like to come out and inspect the front entrance,you will see why the step was not originally there and that if the stoop again meets the sidewalk he will be able,as before,to use the front entrance.
