Kathy,
In response to your e-mail a visual inspection was conducted around the area of 60 Park Street. As I was not sure which
neighbor across the street the complaint was lodged against, I did a general overview of the area. 1 did not observe any
unusual amount of trash on either side of the road.
I will continue to observe the area. However, if the complainant contacts you again, please ask him to contact the Health
Department directly. In this way we can log the complaint formally, record specific details which may pinpoint the
specific time and place of the problem and attempt to assist in any area that is within our jurisdiction.
