Dear Miss Sheridan:
An examination was made relative to the suitability
of the soil for sub -surface disposal of sewage on the property,
of Mr. Lincoln) located on Osgood Street.
The results of the tests were as follows.
Test pit percolation type of soil
1 It minutes clay,gravel
It is -recommended that a 500 gallon tank be installed
with 120 lineal feet of drainage pipe. Since a portion of the
system will cross a now existing road way it is also recommended
that cast iron pipe be installed in that portion.
The well that is present on the land should be sealed
and covered.
