Notice is hereby given that the North Andover Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public � ��
hearing at the top floor of Town Hall, 120 Main Street, North Andover, MA on Tuesday the 13
of November, 2007 at 7:30 PM to all parties interested in the application of Matthew J. Burke,
Lot 2 Cotuit Street (Map 47, Parcel 148), North Andover questing a Special Permit from
Section 4, Paragraphs 4.122.14.A.b, 4.122.14.D for a F y Suit and Section 10, Paragraph , I
10.3 of the Zoning Bylaw in order to construct a two-fami y ening on a conforming lot.
Said premises affected is property with frontage on the North side of Cotuit Street within the R-4
zoning district.
Plans are available for review at the office of the Board of Appeals office, 1600 Osgood Street,
Building 20, Suite 2-36, North Andover, MA 01845 Monday through Friday during the hours of
8:30AM to 4:30PM.
