I am enclosing a copy of the 2nd review, by VM on the referred project. The ZBA has
closed the hearing as of the September Ie meeting and must render a decision within 40
days. The board upon approval will condition the comprehensive permit that the final
plans be reviewed by VBB and the accepted by the board. Also enclosed is a copy of
Massachusetts Land Use and Planning Law Section 18.4 with the applicable paragraph
highlighted. If any other information is required please let me know.
