Pam,
I went to Edgelawn yesterday.
The dumpsters in question appear to be fine. The location it is in is actually the original locating they put on the map. They
had tried another area, but found it was too close to one building so they returned it. It is the farthest point from all the
buildings. It may not be pretty however it is not a bad location. There is parking all around it so it shouldn't pose a safety
issue. There is no health issue that I observed. Dumpster locations are very difficult in the condos. No one is ever really
happy with them, but what is the alternative. I spoke to the mgmt co. as well about it.
I called the complainant. Told her the location appeared to be the best it could be, and it was clean. However, she may call
me if they do not keep it clean and I will investigate.
