10:00 AM — Star Pizza, First Street — applicant wishes to utilize 800' s.f. as a coffee shop
and ice cream shop.
Attendee: {Paul Dedoglou, -owner of Star Pizza, 9 & 11 First Street, &)13 and 15
First Street.
Mr. Dedoglou is the owner of Star Pizza. There is an existing 800' s.£ commercial space
attached to Star Pizza now. This space was rented from Mr. Dedoglou by a nail salon and has
since vacated these premises. The reason Mr. Dedoglou is here today is because he may possibly
utilize this 800's.f. space for a coffee shop. Actually, in doing so he would be returning the 800'
s.f. space back to its original use as a "coffee shop".
Mr. Dedoglou also advised that he might change his mind and rent out the 800' s.f. to a different
tenant who would use it as a nail salon.
{Written comments were previously submitted by John Carney, Police Department, stating that
the Police Department does not have any public safety concerns with the proposal to add a
coffee/ice cream shop next to the existing Star Pizza.
