No lot shall be released from the covenant until the roadway is constructed from Summer Street through to Abbott Street (Rea Street and North Cross Road) to allow through traffic. 16. Retention/detention ponds shall be enclosed with easements to be shown on the definitive plans for recording. 17. The definitive subdivision plan shall show tr? edge of bordering vegetative wetlands in accordance with the reliminary plan decision.
