Dear Scott:
This is to inform you that the proposed plans for site
referenced above have been disapproved for the following reasons:
1) Elevations for percolation tests missing.
2) Leach area 7.5 feet + from drainage ditch
(subsurface drain) Title V requires 25 feet; N.A.
Regulations require 35 feet.
3) Soil tests not current.
4) 658 GPD capacity instead of 660 PD.
5) Slope from tank to D -box .005 over 100 feet.
Suggest increasing the slope somewhat because of
lengthy run.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call
the Board of Health Office at the number above.
