Re: Ben Farnum — Barn Relocation
Dear Chairman Mitchell:
Via hand delivery
We represent Ben Famum of 397 Famum Street, North Andover. Ben has reached an agreement
with Mark Rae who currently owns a barn located at the corner of Milk and Johnson Streets.
Mr. Farnum intends to move the bam from that location (79 Johnson Street) to a location
adjacent to his farm stand on Route 114 (1370 Turnpike Street), see attached map.
It is our understanding in consulting with the company that intends to —move the ba—.that-the

We plan on filing a site plan with the Town through the Conservation Commission by March 24,
2000. Said plan will show the location of the bam and all associated work for its installation.
The barn will not require any Zoning relief or Planning Board action, but will require an Order of
Conditions from the Conservation Commission.

We are tentatively scheduled for a Technical Review Committee meeting on Monday, March
27`h at 2PM in hopes that the Town Departments can attend so that we can thoroughly review the
requirements of each and be prepared to comply with the wishes of the Town prior to the
scheduled move.
