FEATURES AND DESCRIPTION.
Power Base.
The metering device is capable of measuring from 0-16 ounces (0-500 grams) of product per cycle with extreme
accuracy. At the end of each cycle the pump is reversed to stop dripping. The Power Base is driven by a 1/8 HP
motor, delivering 12 foot pounds of torque, it is totally enclosed and maintenance free.
Stainless Steel Filler Units.
Filler Units are made of high grade stainless steel and can be easily disassembled for cleaning and sterilization.
Pumps are available with stainless steel or clear Lexan hoppers. Our standard spouts fit all single spout Filler
Units and special spouts are available on request. There are 3 Filler Unit types.
1) Single spout Filler Unit (gear pump type) used to inject, deposit, layer and meter all types of semi-liquid
products, ranging in viscosity from peanut oil to chocolate, including whipped cream.
2) Double spout Filler Unit (gear pump type) used to inject same viscosity products as above into doughnuts,
croissants, eclairs, etc.
3) Single spout Filler Unit (rotary type) used to dispense semi-liquid products, containing particles such as
blueberries, raisins, chocolate chips, nuts and many others.
Electric heaters are available for all stainless steel hoppers.
