MODEL "JB"
Model "JB" Dunnage Racks permit storage and drainage of
case merchandise and allow for free circulation of air. Model "JB"
Racks are fabricated entirely of Stainless Steel.

MODEL "BSR"
Model `BSR" Dunnage Racks offer all the advantages of
stainless steel at a price competitive with lesser materials.
* 16 gauge weld Stainless Steel type 304 channel construction.
* Up to 2000 Ib. capacity.
* Other specifications the same as type "JB" racks.
MODEL "GS" GRIDDLE STANDS
Model "GS" Griddle Stands feature a reinforced Stainless
Steel Top for supporting griddles, fryers, or other heavy equipment.
* 16 gauge Stainless Steel Type 30018-8 Top with 11/2" turn -up
on back and both ends.
* Top is reinforced by a full frame fabricated of 11/2" square tube
16 gauge pre -galvanized steel.
* Legs are 1 %" o.d. 16 gauge pre -galvanized tube.
* 18 gauge pre -galvanized steel undershelf available.
* All Stainless Steel construction available (please contact fac-
tory for pricing).
* Standard shipped knocked -down. Available all -welded set-
up, please specify.
* Stands 24" high with 11/2" adjustable bullet feet.

Model "S16MS" Machine Stands provide low cost, heavy
duty support for mixers, grinders, etc.
* 16 gauge Stainless Steel Type 300 18-8 Top reinforced with
1" x 2" tubular bracing.
* Legs are 1W o.d. 16 gauge Stainless Steel or pre -galvanized
tube.
* 11/4" o.d. 16 gauge tubular reinforcement for extra support.
* Approved by the National Sanitation Foundation and the U.S.
Department of Agriculture.
* Standard shipped knocked -down. Available all -welded set-
up, please specify.
* Stands 20" high with 11/2" adjustable bullet feet.

MAPLE TOP ENCLOSED BASE SERIES
MODEL "ET"
Model "ET" Stainless Steel enclosed tables are designed
for today's bakeryand deli industry, but can be adapted for use
in any food service operation. The 13/4" thick Hard Rock Maple
Top is complemented by the enclosed Stainless Steel cabinet
to provide an excellent combination of sanitation and durability.
* 13/4" thick Hard Rock Maple top with penetrating oil finish

* Legs are 11/2" square tube 16 gauge Stainless Steel Type
300.
All side and back panels are Stainless Steel Type 30018-8.

BAKER'S TABLE SERIES
Model "BT" Tables combine a 13/4" thick Hard Rock Maple
Top with a three drawer tier unit to provide a superior bakery
table ideal for preparation, proofing, icing, or finishing. The
versatile design can also be utilized in virtually any food service
operation.
* 13/4" thick Hard Rock Maple Top with natural lacquer finish

Legs are 1 Y2" square tube 16 gauge Stainless Steel Type
300; bracing is 11/4" o.d. Stainless Steel Tube.
Three drawer tier unit is a complete 18 gauge Stainless Steel
