In-store bakeries have played an increasingly important role in today's
supermarkets. That's why BMP offers such a complete line of bakery display
and material handling carts.
BMP's wire -sided carts are fully adjustable to accommodate the varying
widths of today's bakery platters—thereby virtually eliminating spills. Our
donut display racks feature slanted runners and a seven -tray capacity—the top
five shelves for display, the bottom two shelves for storage. And no matter what
kind of oven you currently use, BMP makes a rack that will fit it. All BMP
bakery racks are constructed of 100% stainless steel, Heliarc welded, then
cleaned and polished to eliminate sharp edges, enhance appearance, and guar-
antee long life. And because our bakery equipment is made of rust -free stain-
less steel, it's practically maintenance -free.
