The SpaceSaver Filter reduces costs, prolongs the useful life
of frying shortenings and assures a fresh, wholesome taste and
smell of cooked food.
The SpaceSaver Filter is easy to use. It rolls into position on
casters and less than 10 minutes are required to drain the short-
ening from the kettle and return by pump filter action, sediment
free and ready to re -use. Burnt food particles and unwanted
solids are removed. Moisture and free fatty acids are reduced.
The SpaceSaver Filter is easy to clean. Disposable paper
filter pads are used. The SpaceSaver Filter can be stored
under Belshaw Floor Model Fryers when not in use. All
models can be used with gas or electric fryers and are port-
able. Thus a single SpaceSaver Filter can serve a bank
of fryers.
Four SpaceSaver Filter Models are available: U
