Waive 1993 Food Service License Fee - Market Basket Bakery:

Ms. Conboy stated that Market Basket had a new bakery installed
and they were issued a permit a week or so ago as a new
establishment and it will only be good until December 31, 1993.
Ms. Conboy suggested to waive fee for 1993.
On a motion by Dr. Rizza, seconded by Mr. Osgood, the Board
unanimously voted to waive the 1993 Food Service Permit fee for
Market Basket Bakery. In addition, the Board voted to make it a
policy that if a food establishment applies for a license and
submits a fee in the last quarter of the year their permit fee is
automatically waived and the license applies to the following
year.
