mentioned Lot has been removed as of January 14th NACC meeting.
However, the Commission requested that you submit to us
the details of the agreement regarding the drainage involving the
abutter to this .lot.

Dear Commission Members: "
In accordence with our site visit on December 13,1986 my clients
have contacted the abutter whose drain was disturbed and rectified the
problem with him. Further, my clients inform me that they know of r.o
plans to extend Acushnet Street beyond its present location. The building.
permits was granted to them on the basis of a Clriveway extending from the
existing end of street. Lo their property.
As observed during the site visit,, havbales are already in place and
the wetlands :s not readily discernab-Le. In its present state, the site is
unstabilred, unsafe, and an extreme financial hardship to my clients. On
their behalf, I hereby request that the enforc:nent order_ by removed so
that work can proceed on the dwell ng in a. timely fashion. T,iank you
for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
