Board of Appeals Any appeal shall be filed within (20) dL y s after the date of filing of t1nis Notice in the Office of the Town Clerk. ******************** Judith Dolan 228 Essex Street Middleton,MA ******************** TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER MASSACHUSETTS BOARD OF APPEALS Petition: #021-92 DECISION The Board of Appeals held a public hearing on Tuesday evening, August 11, 1992 upon the application of Judith Dolan requesting a variance of Section 7 Paragraph 2 and Table 2 of the zoning bylaw so as to permit relief of 24.78' for the frontage requirement on _ the premises located at Lot 4 Sharpners Pond Road. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman, William Sullivan, Vice-chairman, Raymond Vivenzio, Louis Rissin, John Pallone and Robert Ford. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover citizen on July 22 and 29, 1992 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Mr. Sullivan and seconded by Mr. Rissin the - Board voted unanimously to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of this variance will not derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw nor will it adversely affect the neighborhood.
