The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on Jan- uary 21 and 28, 1982 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. The following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman; Alfred E. Fri zelle, Esq., Vice -Chairman, Richard J. Trepanier, Esq., Clerk; Augustine W. Nickerson; and Walter F. Soule. I have been told our variance was good only for two years and the expiration date is this coming February, 1984. Due to the fact that I have been attending Nursing School with the idea of saving more money, we have been unable to begin building.
