Miscellaneous Soil Removal Permit issued to TownsU2 Realty Trust
This permit shall allow the removal of approximately
950 yards of soil from Lot "C" Rea Streetj North Andover. The
material removed shall be limited to placement upon the lots
comprising the Rea Street subdivision. It is understood that
the area comprising the earth removal site shaliq upon completionp
be graded in a manner approved by the Building Inspector and
covered with six inches of loam and seeded. All earth removal
operations shall meet the operating standards of Paragraph 5.7
of the Zordnr.,, By. -Law.
