Regular Meeting
The BOARD OF APPEALS held its reguIar monthly meeting on Monday evening, September
15, 1975 at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office Meeting Room. The following members were
present ~nd voting: Frank Serio, Jr., Chairman; Alfred E. Frizelle, Vice-Chairmau;
William N. S~lemme, Clerk; Assoc. Members, Ralph R. Joyce, Jr., and Walter ~tkowski.
There were 14 visitors.
DSM REALTY INC. - The BOARD accepted the withdrawal without prejudice of the petition
dated August 27, 1975.
WEB~ER'S OF NORTH ANDOVER - the clerk read the legal notice. Atty. John Lemay represented
Webber's and referred to the August llth meeting at which he had presented the BOARD
with drawings and plot plans.
l) 10' x 80' building next to the Ursillo property which would be constructed just as
shown on the plan. N~ss. Ave. is to be used for frontage, according to the Building
Inspector.
