I have agreed with the new bond amount of$149,800.00. 1 have increased the As-built plan in the Christiansen &sergi
version amount by$5.85 to make the bond amount an even dollar value.

I did received the new spreadsheet from Dan O'Connell, I have not received word from Gene that he has reviewed the
spreadsheet. I will include this latest spreadsheet in the packet to the Board but Gene will have to give me the okay by
Tuesday in order for the Board to vote on it. The meeting is Tuesday Nob 5 at town hall at 7 PM and this is first on the
agenda.

Regarding your first question, I would like to have the bond calculation spreadsheet by Friday at the latest.
Regarding the second question, I would advise you to ask the Fire Department to put a letter or email in writing
stating that they do not require sprinklers. Also, I can look at other subdivisions and see if sprinklers where
required. But the letter from the Fire Department would be the key.

Hi Judy.
Just two quick items.
1. When is the deadline for updating the bond calculation for the next planning board meeting? We've done
significantly more work and I would like to get a revised bond amount reflecting the additional work.
2. With regard to the sprinklers for the homes, as we discussed new subdivisions are not being required to have
them and this is not a requirement of the building codes. Both the building Inspector and the fire department say
if it's in the order of conditions they will have to require it, but it if it is removed or waived from the order of
conditions, it will not be required. I would like to request that the sprinkler system condition be removed or
waived from the order of conditions at the next planning board meeting. This seems like a reasonable request
given that new homes in new subdivisions are not being required to be sprinklered and sprinklers are not
required by the building code. Please let me know what you think about this. I respect your opinion.
