Certification of Site Work Completion
Dear Mis, Tymon,
As Environmental and Construction Monitor I have made weekly site inspections since
the project started construction. My duties did not include full time inspection but Miller
Engineering and Testing Inc- of Manchester, N14 was on site to monitor the day to
construction of the site work as well as the building construction. They filed reports of
construction activities concerning compliance with the specifications. I was on their
distribution list for these reports and have reviewed them. Furthermore, I have discussed
the project with Frank Miller, Vice President at Miller Engineering. From this discussion,
my inspections and our joint site walk on November 25, 1 submit the following
Certification-
f certify that the site work including, slope's and retaining walls have been
completed conforming to the approved plans and as documented by the as- built
plans. Wetland mitigation plantings were started last year and are well
established. Site landscaping was started at the end of this growing season and is
well established around the immediate building perimeter.er. In man of these a rea s
turf was provided. Where grass and meadow mixes were planted in the more
outlying areas the vegetation is still becoming established. I have been on site
during the 1.6 inch rain storm on Wednesday November 27, and the runoff from
the site was c1car-
