TT: Welcome everyone, we are now at the regular part of our Finance Committee Meeting
(Public Hearing just adjourned).
TT: Commented that before we vote on the Warrant articles the Finance Committee members
may have some questions for AM, RS, LS and JM.
The Finance Committee made comments and asked a variety of questions and asked for
explanations on such items like Stabilization Funds, Capital Stabilization Funds, Revolving
Funds, Money that gets put into a Trust( for appropriation), the use of Free Cash etc.
AM: Gave an explanations on the funding for the recreation complex.
The Finance Committee continued with comments and questions regarding Health Care Cost
increases, budgets, operating budgets, salaries, etc.

TT: If I recall (directing this question to JM) that you requested an increase on the Revolving
Fund of$450,000, are you happy with the $400,000?
JM: This is in regards to the Medicaid Funding, yes, $400,000 is fine.
LS: Explained Revolving funds, setting limits, fees,revenue expenditures, and also gave the
history of Revolving Funds. Youth Services and School Department have been increased (they
are the largest increase), they are bringing in more money for their fees then what they are
spending.
