The BOARD OF APPEALS held a Special Meeting on August 6, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. in the
Town Office Meeting Room. The regular members were present and voting.
STAMARD REALTY TRUST: Request for reconsideration of Decision- during discussion it
was pointed out that by adding footage to lot as shown on plan he would have 1.002
acres and therefore variance not neoessaryanyw~y. Atty. Tromblywithdrew his reques~
for reconsideration. Board of Appeals decision stands.
