Discussion regarding the bond with Jay #illis. He wonted · feeling fr~n the Board
as to if they would lelease so~e of the funds if completed before the next permit

Motion by Yrizelle that the Board, upon application of Mr. ~etee~, release any
interest over and above the $1000. sleighed for the Misc. permit end ChaC the
ChOiTmOn or vice-chairmen be suthoriBed to sign such a ~elease on behalf of the
