The Department recommends favorable action in granting a common victuallers license. Pazzo Gelato has not called for an inspection; my assumption is they are still under construction. When this restaurant is completed I will inspect the premises prior to the building department granting an occupancy permit. Other than that the Department recommends favorable action.
