NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPERTY CLASSIFICATION
In accordance with Chapter 40, Section 56, and other applicable provisions of the
Massachusetts General Laws, notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen will conduct
a Public Hearing on Monday, November 26, 2012, 7;15 p.m. at Town Hall, 120 Main Street,
North Andover, MA, for the purpose of obtaining oral/written comments from citizens
regarding classification and taxation of property according to use. Any citizens having
questions regarding this public hearing should contact the Office of the Town Manager at
(978) 688-9510.

PROPERTY CLASSIFICATION
In accordance with Chapter 40, Section 56, and other applicable provisions of the
Massachusetts General Laws, notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen will conduct
a Public Hearing on Monday,November 26,2012, 7:15 p.m. at Town Hall, 120 Main Street,
North Andover, MA, for the purpose of obtaining oral/written comments from citizens
regarding classification and taxation of property according to use.- Any citizens having
questions regarding this public hearing should contact the Office of the Town Manager at
