CALL TO ORDER: Acting Chairman Tracy Watson called the meeting to order at 8:10 AM in
the meeting room at North Andover Town Hall.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Tracy Watson, Licensing Chairman; Donald
Stewart, Rosemary Smedile, and Andrew Maylor, Town Manager.
CONSENT ITEMS:
Request from Kerry Anne Kilkelly of the Actors Company to use the Town Common on Friday,
August 22, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. for a free theatrical performance of William Shakespeare's
"Much Ado About Nothing".
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by Don Stewert that the Board of Selectmen
approves the request of Kerry Anne Kilkelly of the Actors Company to use the Town Common
on Friday, August 22, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. for a free theatrical performance of William
Shakespeare's "Much Ado About Nothing". Vote approved 3-0.
LICENSING:
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by Don Stewart to move into licensing. Vote
approved 3-0.
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by Don Stewart to void the one day liquor
licenses previously issued to Smolak Farms for August 9, 2014 and August 16, 2014. Vote
approved 3-0.
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by Don Stewart to issue a one day all alcohol
liquor license to Deborah Tina for a wedding reception on August 9, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. —
10:00 p.m. at Smolak Farms. Vote approved 3-0.
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by Don Stewart to issue a one day all alcohol
liquor license to Trina Urrata for a wedding reception on August 16, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. —
10:00 p.m. at Smolak Farms. Vote approved 3-0.
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by Don Stewart to exit licensing. Vote approved
3-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart, to adjourn at 8:20 a.m. Vote
approved 3-0.
