Re: sidewalk in Autumn Chase subdivision
Dear Board Members:
The DPW has no opinion as to whether or not the sidewalk construction within the
Autumn Chase Subdivision should be waived. Should the Board waive the required
sidewalks; an assessment equal to $10/LF of proposed sidewalk will be charged to the
developer and deposited into the Town’s sidewalk account.
