through 13 inclusive as shown on a plan of land entitled "Definitive Subdivision Plan
CHATHAM CROSSING, North Andover, Mass.", Date: January 31, 2000, prepared for
Jeffco, Inc., P.O. Box 802, Andover, Mass 01810. Engineer & Surveyor: Ahdover
Consultants Inc., I East River Place, Methuen, Massachusetts 01844. Said plan is
recorded in the Essex North Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 13801. Reference is made to
said plan for a more particular description of the lots hereby conveyed.

reserving to the grantors the right to pass and re-pass over same for the remaining lots
