Subdivision Plan Review
I have reviewed the submittal dated January 18, 2013 by Christiansen& Sergi for the above referenced
subdivision with respect to the proposed Water and Sewer systems. I offer the following comments.
I. A six-inch sewer force main exists parallel to the twelve-inch water main in the Appleton Street
R.O.W. It transmits sewage from Blue Ridge Road to Appleton Street at Pine Ridge Road.
Relocation of the force main will be necessary,in similar fashion to the relocation of the twelve-inch
water main, as shown on Sheet 8. This work by the Applicant will have to be coordinated with the
Superintendent of the Water Treatment Plant(WTP), as it will affect the operation of the sewer pump
station on Blue Ridge Road. The force main and its relocation must be added to the plans.
