Community Preservation Committee
Minutes of April 12, 2018
Present: Chairman John Simons, Terrance Holland, Marybeth Soucy-Larkin, Tracy Watson, Deborah
Feltonovic, William Callahan and C.J. Gangi
Chairman Simons called the meeting to order at 7:00PM at the Stevens Estate.
Public Outreach Meeting
The Committee gave a power point presentation of what the Community Preservation Committee does
and examples of projects they have funded.
Stuart Saginor from the Community Preservation Coalition explained their role and the upcoming
legislation to increase the fees at the Registry of Deeds in order to fund the state match.
Tracy Watson made a motion to adjourn at 8:30PM, seconded by Deborah Feltonovic. Motion approved
7-0.
