Holt. The revised submittal satisfactorily addresses most of my previous comments. I will reiterate, however, that the proposed landscape area within the watershed district should be minimized, and that in order to minimize the need for watering and chemical application, all plantings should be species native to Essex County. I’m not sure that the plantings called for on the landscape plan (e.g. forsythia) meet this criterion. The soil should also be well aerated and a minimum of 6-inches of topsoil should be provided. I also recommend that the O&M requirements shown on the detail plan be included in some form in the documentation passed to future homeowners, as the design plans typically are not. Once again, I appreciate the opportunity to assist the North Andover Planning Board, Conservation Commission, and Zoning Board of Appeals with the review of this project and hope that this information is suitable for your needs. Please feel free to contact me if you or the applicants have any questions regarding the issues addressed herein. Sincerely, EGGLESTON ENVIRONMENTAL Lisa D. Eggleston, P.E.
