March 28 is the date for the annual Youth Center fundraiser Taste of North
Andover
2 donation requests for the NAYRS board: (1) board members to make a
donation for an ad in the event booklet. Total donation is $150. Will be

accepting contributions at the March 19 meeting, (2) 2 bottles of wine for the
th
meeting
Gym use policy- recommended change to process was sent to Bruce Thibodeau on 1/21.
Bruce will circle back with next steps (copy of email has been attached)
Carnival contract has been sent to the Hermann Board for review/sign-off
Board has 2 open positions. Holly has recruited Sandy Savoie. Sandy has applied/going
through the process
Rick to provide copy of recent requests (item and funding) approved by the Hermann
board
