• Rick reviewed his Director's Report
• Rick reviewed the FY 18 Budget for the Board
• Rick brought forward a discussion on the CopSync911 Program we discussed in
September 2016, and had tentatively approved, for further consideration
➢ The Town has requested no further advancement on CS911
Rick plans to meet with Andrew Maylor to discuss the program
➢ Board approves the continued advancement of CS911 and encouraged Rick
to pursue this with Andrew Maylor
Board deems A.L.LC.E.protocol as "not the best fit"for the Youth Center,
requests the Town consider CS911 for the YC for safety of all those who
use the YC
• Hollie Williams presented the conversation on"Knight To Shine"Fundraising event
➢ The main fundraiser for the Herman Trust held at DiBurros, Bradford, MA
➢ Encouraging Board members to attend and bring friends
➢ Pointed out a conflict with the Merchants Assoc. "Knight of Honor"but we
felt the programs would not directly compete with one another, so we are
keeping the date
• The Board had a conversation on attendance. Attendance is mandated by the Town
Board of Selectmen and Town Manager. Some Board members have had a difficult time
with attendance this year. Kevin will follow up with Board Members individually to
discuss best options moving forward.
