Definitive Subdivision to subdivide Map 38,Lot 37 into seven(7)single-family residential lots with municipal water under M.G.L.

Town of North Andover Draft Master Plan: The Planning Board will discuss and comment on the Town of North Andover Draft
Master Plan. Resident comment is encouraged.

209 Johnston Street, Corey Fritts: Waiver Request for a Watershed Special Permit under Sections 4.136 Sections 4.136,
10.3 and 10.31 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant proposes to construct a 384 Square Foot deck within
the Non-Disturbance Zone. The project is located within the Residential 3 (R-3)Zoning District.
