Please accept this letter as a report of this engineers inspection of the slope condition at Red gate Pasture.
This engineer has been involved in ongoing monitoring of the completed slopes on Lots 1, 3 and 4 as well as the partially completed slope on Lot2. The slopes on Lots 1, 3, and 4 have
been vegetated and stable for more than two years and have been constructed in accordance with the original plans and approval conditions.
