Subdivision Plan for “Regency Place” in North Andover MA” filed with the Essex North Registry of Deeds as Plan No. ___________ and any other easements and restrictions of record insofar as the same may now be in force and applicable. Said Lot 4 is hereby conveyed subject to a 20’ wide sewer and utility easement and a 50’ wide utility and access easement and also a 10’ wide drainage easement as shown on plan entitled “Definitive P.R.D. Subdivision Plan for “Regency Place” in North Andover MA” filed with the Essex North Registry of Deeds as Plan No. ___________ and any other easements and restrictions of record insofar as the same may now be in force and applicable.
