CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: 26 Main Street, Application for Special Permit-Site Plan Review. Applicant
proposes construction of an eight (8) unit residential condominium project with two (2) parking spaces per unit on a lot
with access to Main Street via existing easements on two (2) existing lots fronting Main Street at 22-24 and 28-30 Main
Street and an existing curb cut at the noted lots.
