To see if the Town will
vote to amend the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw, Section 8.5.7.D, Planned Residential Permits
(PRD), within Section 7.D, Dimensional Regulations, Subdivision, in order to specify an allowable
height limitation of 35’ and to change the bylaw as follows:
-Height Limitation: 30. 35
