The public hearing will be held as follows: Place: North Andover Town Hall 120 Main St. North Andover, MA 01845 Date: April 16, 2013 Time: 7:00 PM The subject matter of the proposed amendments is as indicated below. The complete text and maps relative to the proposed amendments are available for inspection during regular business hours at the following places:  Town Hall, Town of North Andover, 120 Main St., North Andover, MA, 01845  Community Development Office, Town of North Andover, 1600 Osgood St., Suite 2035, North Andover, MA 01845 Town Meeting Article to adopt the Town’s Zoning Map, in order to adopt as the official Town Zoning Map the map created on October 25, 2012. Town Meeting Article to amend Sections 4.121 and 4.122 to allow the keeping of backyard hens in Residence 1, Residence 2, Residence 3 and Residence 4 Zoning District. Town Meeting Warrant Article to amend Section 6.5 Prohibited Signs to prohibit off-premise signs and overhanging signs. Town Meeting Warrant Article to amend Section 8.11 in order to put in place a one-year Moratorium for Regulations for Wind Energy Facilities. Town Meeting Warrant Article to amend Section 8.14 in order to put in place a one-year Moratorium for Regulations for Medical Marijuana Treatment Facilities (Dispensariesy) Formatted: Font: Bold, Underline Town Meeting Warrant Article to amend Section 8.5.7.D Planned Residential Districts allow for an increase in height to 35 feet within a Planned Residential District. Town Meeting Warrant Article to amend Section 11.5 Planned Development Districts to specify the allowable residential density within a Planned Development District Town Meeting Warrant Article to amend Section 18.2 Downtown Overlay District to require a Special Permit for developments with more than 10 residential dwelling units. . Town Meeting Warrant Article to amend Section 6.5 Prohibited Signs to prohibit off-premise signs and overhanging signs. Town Meeting Warrant Article to amend Section 11.5 Planned Development Districts to specify the allowable residential density within a Planned Development District.
