HomeMy WebLinkAbout2013-08-06 Planning Board Supplemental Materials Town of North Andover Office of the Planning Department Community Development and Services Division 1600 Osgood Street North Andover, Massachusetts 01845 TO: Mr. Paul Russell FROM: Judy Tymon, Town Planner RE: Violation of Watershed Special Permit DATE: June 24, 2013 According to the reports from the Town of North Andover Conservation Commission staff, as well as aerial photography that is available to both the Planning and Conservation Departments, there appears to be possible violations of a Planning Board Watershed Special Permit issues to you on March 24, 2004 for 80 Saile Way. The decision approved the construction of an in ground pool and deck with the following conditions:  Condition 1.c: The limit of clearing is restricted to the minimum necessary to construct/renovate the structure and appurtenances.  Condition 6: In no instance shall the applicant’s proposed construction be allowed to further impact the site than as proposed on the plan referenced in Condition 1. I have tried to contact you by telephone today and was unable to do so. As a representative of the Town of North Andover Planning Board, I would like to meet with you and the Conservation Department to discuss the conditions listed above and the possible violations.
