Apologies for taking so long to get back to you. Gene Willis has confirmed that the street trees are in place so
he has no objections to the $2000 bond release. We can add it to the Planning Board agenda for the next
Feting, May 23rd. We can include the interest in that release as well.

I have attached the spreadsheet that Gene Willis forwarded to me regarding Woodlea Village. In summary, of
the $19,200 in outstanding principal, we are requesting $2000 against this amount for work completed and also
requesting that the acumulated interest also be released. I had checked with Jennifer Yarab in the Treasurer's
Office on March 12, 2012 and found the interest at the time to be $12,902.10.
As I mentioned in a previous email it is our intent to utilize released funds that the Planning Board deem
appropriate to contract with a professional Engineer and Land Surveyor to complete the as-built plans, bounds
and street acceptance plans and then pursue a Certificate of Compliance from the Conservation Commission
and ultimately street acceptance.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter and please email or call me with any questions. Please also let me
know when this item will come before the Board so that I may attend and answer any questions they may have.
