have met wi th George H ughes to di scuss a number of outstandi ng concerns that I do have wi th the
M anzi I and di rectl y behi nd my property and hi s proposed use of an al I eged easement over my
property for i ngress and egress to the M anzi parcel .
We are i n the process of di scussi ng opti ons that are agreeabl e for i ngress and egress, as wel I as a
number of other i ssues rel ati ng to the 8 uni is bd ng proposed and the eff ect that such a I arge scat e
devel opment wi I I have on 28-30 M ad n St. as wel I as a number of i tems that we do need to meet and
resol ve i n the very near f uture.
At thi s ti me, I cannot support the devel opment and i is si ze and scal a unti I f urther di scovery and
disclosure is brought forward.
