a Special Permit - Site Plan Review under sections 8.3, 10.3 and 10.31 of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw to modify the Site Plan
Review Special Permit approved on August 19, 1998 to authorize the replacement of ash storage enclosure, installation of a new wet
scrubber enclosure and filling in out of service basin up to existing asphalt. The project is located in the Industrial 2 (I-2) Zone.
